Community Corner is a great place to meet others from the data community; to shine a light onto important causes, locally and within the data community; to spark up debates and conversations and to learn skills outside the technical. 

Tin Thursday is our take on one of our nominated charities, Feed Newport's, own Tin Tuesday initiative. In Community Corner we will be building a 200-tin high tin wall, and we're asking delegates who feel able to do so to come along, buy a tin for a £1, pop their name on for posterity and start a new wall (feel free to bring your own tins along too!)  At the end of the event we will deliver all the tins and the donations to Feed Newport.

Statistics out today show an ever growing dependency on food banks, and interestingly the section of people whose need has increased most are two parent, both working, middle income families, so we're hoping our wonderful delegates can help us support Feed Newport's very worthwhile appeal. If you don't want to buy a tin but do want to donate, you can do so here.
